All this talk about the new year has me thinking.
A dangerous passtime.
I know...but the more I think about it, I don't think I ever knew what year it was in my world.

Things never changed too much till...well anyway things pretty much stayed the same in our kingdoms so the only way I measured years was how old I was.
How old are you now?
Old enough to drink as far as you know.
